We will never, under any circumstance, sell, rent or disclose to third parties clients information without their explicit consent, unless required to do so under Hong Kong court of law. This includes clients contacts details (emails, telephone, fax, address), clients history with us, sites contents, used IPs and more. Our staff however has the right to access clients' accounts or server when in the process of performing maintenance work or working on issues submitted to us. Such access is done in secure conditions to avoid any accidental access to outside parties.

KowloonHosting maintains a mailing list of active clients/prospects to which new features, important company news and other major updates can be sent periodically. We will not send over two mails per month, and clients have the option to unsubscribe from this list at any time.
